From this episode of the Friday Night Project where an audience member asks David Tennant if she can ruffle his hair. And, of course, he says yes [link]

I'm not particularly proud of the mouths on these ponies. I kinda rushed them. I also don't know why David Tennant would have the Doctor's cutie mark. I just wish I could *write down* how hilarious David's Scottish accent makes this whole thing.

DIALOGUE (for those of you who can't read my horrible writing):

Fan: Hi, I'm Frankie. I just wanna ask David: Can I ruffle your mane please?

David: "Ruffle my mane?" I just wanna get the transaction straight before we do this, what exactly does "ruffling" entail?

Fan: Just running my hooves through the top of your head.

David: Did that do it for ya? Yeah? It's doin' it for me.
...
David: Well... I'm just- I'm just glad to be sitting behind a desk now. That was exciting!
